We Are What We Repeatedly Do..

By Ellen Pitts / July 28, 2016

“We are what we repeatedly do”, said Aristotle, wisely. But sometimes it can feel like it is our thoughts, rather than our actions, that define us. The truth is that we all sometimes have bad feelings of jealousy or anger or insert-ugly-emotion-here. But it isn’t those emotions that define us. They don’t make us who we are. It is our behavior that defines us. What we choose to do with our feelings is what matters, not the feelings themselves.
